Parent Sessions

$225

In alignment with the philosophy of Otterly Connected, Dr. Cunningham offers parent-focused appointments. Parent sessions are 1-hour and focus on supporting the nervous system of the parent-a significant factor in child therapy outcomes. From an attachment lens, Dr. Cunningham strongly believes parents need to be held, supported, and heard for the well-being of their own mental health in order to best show up for their children. Dr. Cunningham frequently partners with her expert colleagues down the hall Dr. Jaclyn Russo, PHD, LP and Shelley Mikszan M.A. Ed at CAPS NC to provide families with wrap-around family centered care.
